Health papers and Coggins test (current within 1 year) are required for all out of state animals. All out of state guests will be required to show these papers at the gate upon arrival. Missouri residents will need to show Coggins papers only.
All guests are required to use bedding in every stall used. We allow the use of dehydrated pelleted bedding and do not allow the use of any other type bedding. We offer bedding on site at $5 per 40# bag or you may bring your own if you prefer as long as it is dehydrated pellets.

We have approximately a 300 mile trail system. These trails cover private, state, and federal lands.
There are 2,470 covered stalls and approximately 900 campsites on our 80 acre campground.

Your admission includes 3 meals per day, camping, and admission to all scheduled activities. The only additional charge is $25 per stall for the week.
On most events you may arrive as much as one week in advance of the event start date. Please see our schedule of events for specific dates you may arrive.
You will need to provide your own horse and camping facility. You will also be responsible for anything associated with your horse (i.e. feed, bedding, etc.).
Our stalls are 7’x10’ and they are covered with a gate. You will need to bring a water bucket and a hay bag.
Dogs are allowed during our holiday/weekend events only (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). We do not allow dogs on any of our week long events.
Visitor’s passes are available during our week long events only. They are available during the event Sunday through Friday. We do not offer visitor’s passes the week before the event starts. Visitor’s passes are not available on our holiday/weekend events (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day).
Yes. We charge from the date you arrive through the end of each event; if you leave early you won’t get any money back, but if you arrive late you won’t be charged for the days you missed. Please see our Pro-Rate Chart for specific fees.
Eminence is a hot spot for tourism. The Jacks Fork River runs through the middle of town and borders the back side of our campground providing swimming, floating, tubing, and fishing. There are many opportunities for sight-seeing in the area. A 9 hole golf course is located just outside our gates. The area’s largest western store is available on site, as well as, a tack store, restaurant, and trailer sales. Eminence offers several shops with local crafts also.
In order to receive your attendance buckle you must attend for 5 years, not consecutively, and be registered for at least 3 days per event for guests purchasing the full package. If purchasing the partial package without meals, guests will be required to purchase the full package to count as a year toward your buckle. If you arrive late and would like that event to count as a year toward your buckle you may pay for the extra days you need at the time you register. You will not be allowed to go back at a later date and pay for these days in order to receive a buckle! We do not allow you to register unborn children. The buckle presentation is held on Thursday evening during the months of June, August, and October. We do not have a buckle presentation ceremony during the events in May, July, September and Late Fall. During these events you will pick up your buckle at the front gate or office. It is not mandatory that you receive your buckle during the presentation ceremony, you may pick it up in the front office any time during the week.

UPDATED DOG POLICY: Beginning May 1, 2018 a new dog policy will be instituted. We welcome service dogs at our facility, but only service dogs. Emotional support dogs and pets are not allowed. Guests will be asked to describe the task their service dog performs for them and also to register the animal with our office upon arrival. A certificate from the internet or a service dog vest will not be acceptable as verification. Thank you for abiding by our rules regarding dogs.
