Our Labor Day Trail Ride is one of the few weekend trips we offer. It is designed for those of you who work and can’t get a full week of vacation time off.

This is the last weekend of summer in our area, but temperatures are still warm enough to enjoy water activities such as swimming, canoeing, and tubing. Riding is also nice at this time of year as the humidity is starting to fall allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable ride even in the afternoon. Camping is not an issue as average attendance is approximately 400 guests.

Scheduled activities include 1/2 day organized trail rides and dances nightly with music provided by Jonesey. Your admission also includes daily entertainment and camping for the weekend. Our restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; no meals will be included in the admission.

Stalls are mandatory. There are no visitor’s passes offered during this event. Dogs are allowed at this event. They must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their animals. We hope you will consider joining us for the last weekend of summer, it’s guaranteed to be a good time!

BUCKLE ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:
This event does not qualify as year toward your buckle. You may make the year qualify for an additional fee of $10 per person.

Guests will be charged from the date they arrive through the end of the event. No refunds are given for early departures. Late arrivals will be charged a pro-rated package rate. Please call for pricing and specific details about arriving late.

Stalls (Mandatory):
$30 per week

Sales Tax: 5.725%

Gates Open for Early Arrival:
Saturday, August 29, 2026 8:00 a.m. (No arrivals before this date. Additional fees apply if arriving before September 4, 2026.)

Early Arrival Camping Fee:
$30 daily/trailer if arriving before September 4, 2026.

Departure Time:
September 7, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
No extended stays.

Advance Reservation Deposit:
$30/stall
$10 campsite fee
$50 reservation fee

Cancellation Deadline:
August 21, 2026
