A deposit of $25 per stall, $5 per campsite and $50 reservation fee is required. Reservations taken by phone with credit/debit card. This prepays your stall fee for the week. The campsite and reservation fee will be deducted from your total balance due upon arrival. (Campsite Reservation Policy: 1 campsite may be reserved per family. Guests may not reserve multiple campsites.)
As a courtesy to those who would like to visit us again the following year, we hold the same reservation for the following year. If you have not renewed your reservations by the end of the event, the reservation will then be available for someone else. Our offices are not open on Saturday morning so Friday evening is the last chance to make reservations before you leave! Anything not paid by this date will be available for someone else to reserve. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY RESERVATIONS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT!
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT RENEW YOUR RESERVATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND THEN MAIL OR CALL IN A DEPOSIT THE DAY AFTER YOU GET BACK HOME, IT WILL PROBABLY BE TOO LATE FOR YOU TO GET THE SAME STALLS AND CAMPSITE THAT YOU HAD RESERVED! THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IN JUNE AND OCTOBER!
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, cash or credit card. Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
CANCELING A RESERVATION:
Reservations may be canceled by phone, mail or email. You have the option of requesting a refund of your deposit (if it has not been transferred from a previous event) or transferring the deposit to another date if you contact us on or before the cancellation deadline. Your deposit is forfeited if cancellation is received after the deadline.
If you choose to transfer your deposit to another date, you then forfeit the option of receiving a refund. A transfer of deposit may be made one time. If you are unable to attend the date to which you transferred you will forfeit your deposit in full.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive confirmation of a transferred deposit in the mail or via email. If you do not receive confirmation within a week after making the change, please contact us and verify that the change was recorded.
